White racists only? Give me a break.
I'm in the gym, watching the basketball game going on and I make a comment to the mexican sitting next to me, saying "That black kid is really good, man. He makes all of his shots and..."
He cuts me off and gives me an outraged look, asking me "What did you say?!?" This kid must have hearing problems. I, of course, repeat myself in a louder tone and enunciate dramatically. The mexican goes ballistic, calling me a racist and informs me that "African American" is much more proper. Then, the hypocrite that he is, he says "White trash, you know NOTHING about races, do you?
Not only did this surprise me that a MEXICAN BOY cares about what a WHITE BOY says about a BLACK BOY, but it also pissed me off. Since I'm white, only I can be racist. But if a black kid, mexican, or whatever flavor of diversity comes up to me and calls me a "cracker" or a "white trash", it's completely okay, right?
Wrong.
It's complete bullshit. What's even more bullshit is that black people complain and complain that we don't give them enough dignity. Well hmm... Just think about that for a minute... Martin Luther King Day, Black History Month, and Emancipation Day aren't important all of a sudden? Give me a break, idiots. Hell, even Frederick Douglass, african american abolitionist, and Abraham Lincoln, who signed the Emncipation Proclaimation, have the same birthdays. Coincidence? Even so, there's some meaning.
Another thing that is more annoying than fake chicks with 10 pounds of makeup on is when minorities complain about people looking at them twice to make sure they aren't performing an illegal activity of sorts, such as stealing. Have you taken a look at the news lately? 90% of thefts are from minorities while 90% of the victims of meth and heroin drug busts are white people. Do we complain? Fuck no.
Finally, if I decide to call one of my fellow "crackers" a "nigga", I'm still considered a racist to black people. Why I'm considered a racists for such an act is beyond me, but it's one of those things that white people alike can agree on that it's complete bullshit.
Open your fucking eyes. Am I labeled a racist for calling a black skinned kid "black"? Yes. But am I really a racist for calling a kid with black skin "black"? Definitely not.
